The South Dakota Transportation Department has reopened Interstate 90 to drivers.  At the same time, transportation officials are advising that portions of the interstate are icy.

I-29 between Watertown and Sioux Falls is expected to be closed until this morning.

Travelers are advised to call 511 to check the latest road conditions and travel advisories.

As the day progresses, Billy Williams of the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls says high winds will diminish during the day.  "We didn't get as much snow as some areas.  In fact, we received around 2.2. inches over the weekend."
