Leaner, Greener School Lunches
September 14, 2012 I was glad to see school kids are in for what are being called leaner, greener lunches.
Now bear in mind it's been well over 40 years since I ate school lunches on a regular basis. Grace and Clara, and later on Grace and Katherine fed my schoolmates and me in the Montrose Public Schools, with the exception of the three-and-a-half years I brought my own lunch, after I was diagnosed as diabetic at the age of 10
