A man outside a downtown store in Sioux Falls was bit by a large black pitbull that didn't have a collar.  The dog's owner was present at the time and there was a short exchange of conversation, but concerns have now grown regarding vaccinations for the pitbull.  Authorities have released the following statement:

On Wednesday, February 10, 2016,  Animal Control officers responded to a dog bite that occurred around 9:30 pm across the street from Mercatos grocery, near the intersection of S.
