Exercise When You Have Cancer [AUDIO]
Exercise is important, even if you have cancer. Kim Donelan, women’s wellness supervisor at the Sanford Wellness Center is our guest on A Better You. Any illness can cause us to want to stop or never start a wellness and exercise program. Kim will explain part of the healing process is moving around, i.e. exercising. Every little bit helps. Nutrition is also an important part of becoming A Better You. Quality food intake is especially important as your body heals itself.
