Gene Hetland

Hi, and thanks for logging on! I'm a lifelong South Dakotan, in fact a lifelong eastern South Dakotan. I grew up on a farm north of Montrose, in McCook County and am a South Dakota State University grad (Go Jacks!). What Price Stardom?

I've read, as you probably have, about Pro Football Hall of Famer Tony Dorsett's revelation that he's dealing with memory loss and the things that go along with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).

It's an all-too-common story these days, and it makes me wonder how we as football fans should feel about the game
