With the new year approaching a lot of people make New Year's Resolutions. A big one is usually losing weight/eating better/working out more, or some variation of the three.

Well, I found this handy dandy video from one of my favorite websites, Buzzfeed, that will help you when it comes to grocery shopping.

Some of it may seem like common sense, but it's always good to have a little reminder.

My favorite tip is to not buy junk. It is such a valid point that you can't be tempted by something you don't have. I believe in this whole heartedly. I don't keep 'bad' food in my house anymore.

I also shop with a list. I am a planner. Stick to the list. Plus, then you won't forget the one thing you actually came to the store to purchase.

However, I do still buy some processed foods. I live in America, it's what we do. lol
