Valentines day has come and gone and I'm sure alot of people got a big bouquet of fresh flowers and some delicious chocolates.  But some people are a bit upset with 1-800-flowers.

Customers bombarded social media, ripping the flower company apart and demanding refunds for the many mistakes that were made. Some include moldy flowers, flowers that never made it to their intended recipient, and just overall lousy looking arrangements.

The flower company has responded to customers complaints, telling them to contact a representative. Take a look at some of the pics:
