Washington Standout Linebacker Randolph Kpai Chooses Nebraska
Sioux Falls Washington linebacker Randolph Kpai has made his college choice. Kpai will be taking his talents to Nebraska.
The junior has been a starter on the varsity roster for Washington since his sophomore year. He quickly exploded on to the Division I radar. This past season for the Warriors, Kpai totaled 63 tackles, 12.5 tackles-for-loss, three sacks, and two forced fumbles.
His play garnered the attention of even more Division I schools from around the country during this past season. Kpai received offers from the likes of Iowa, Iowa State, Indiana, Kansas State, Minnesota, Oregon, and Wisconsin. After all of the offers, Kpai announced on Twitter that he will play under Scott Frost at Nebraska.
Kpai joins Chamberlain's Nash Hutmacher, class of 2020, as recent South Dakota commitments to Nebraska. The two will join the Huskers roster that also includes two other former Sioux Falls Washington athletes in Matt and Will Farniok.
