It has been three months since three tornadoes touched down in Sioux Falls

Tornadoes are known to do weird things. One tree will be uprooted and another a few feet away will be fine. They can also turn objects into missles.

The Avera Sports Dome at the Avera Sports Institute is no longer there. All that's left is a pile of rubble.

NWS Meteorologist Todd Heitkamp says: "This has always been one of my nightmarish scenarios". Lots of damage in Sioux Falls.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is using snow plows to remove debris off an Ohio highway after a "large and dangerous" tornado hit the area late Monday.

A deadly tornado struck in Alabama on Sunday leaving behind catastrophic damage and over 20 people dead.

After further review, the thunderstorm that came through the area late Monday afternoon actually did end up producing a weak tornado near Humboldt.

Some 27 tornadoes ripped through Iowa Thursday flattening homes and businesses, destroying cars, and leaving people injured.
