Tenth Street

The autopsy results of a man found in the frigid Sioux Falls temperatures under the 10th street bridge has confirmed with authorities suspected.

Beginning on Monday, July 1, 2013, traffic on Western Avenue, south of Crossing Place, will be shifted from the northbound lanes to the new pavement on the southbound lanes.
