Born in Asheville, NC but grew up in Sioux Falls and graduated from Roosevelt High School. I attended the University of Minnesota, then ended up in Nashville where I received my Bachelors in Communications with a minor in Criminal Justice from Tennessee State University. I began my sports radio career at the CBS Sports Radio affiliate in Nashville in 2008. In 2011 I joined SiriusXM and I started "Overtime" on ESPN 99.1 in July 2012. I met my wife in 2006 at college and we moved down to Nashville together where she received her Masters from Tennessee State University and now she is the School Psychologist for the West Central Schools. We got married in Nashville in July of 2011. We have the coolest little guy in our wonderful son Beckham and an amazing dude in our other son Mauer, plus our latest edition Griffey who is just a stud.
