Woman Accused of Child Sex Crime Offenses Faces New Charge
BELLE FOURCHE, S.D. (AP) — A Belle Fourche woman facing child sex crime charges now also is accused of threatening a victim.
The Black Hills Pioneer reports that 19-year-old Caitlin Rosales now faces a witness tampering charge, along with possession of child pornography and solicitation of a minor, a 15-year-old girl.
Rosales' father, 42-year-old Jeremy Rosales, faces the same porn and solicitation charges. He and his daughter are scheduled to enter pleas on March 24.
The two have not responded to an Associated Press request for comment.
