County Commissioners Dick Kelly and Jeff Barth, and Susanne Hegg, head of the Children’s Museum in Brookings will be in the VPU faculty lounge today(Monday).

Commissioners Barth and Kelly have been talking about the rising costs of crime in Minnehaha County. According to them, felony and more violent crimes are on the rise.

We will discuss the issue with them at 5pm.

On a lighter note, this is Tourism Week in South Dakota. Viewpoint University will be taking a virtual tour of some of the more unique places in the state. Today it will be the new Children’s Museum in Brookings. Susanne Hegg will “show us around” the space, today at 4:30 pm.
