People who live in the area of a proposed Walmart in southern Sioux Falls are getting more time. Mayor Mike Huether's office says the public hearing on the rezoning of the southwest corner of 85th Street and Minnesota Avenue has been changed from May 7 to the May 21 City Council meeting
