Sioux Falls Man Dies in Apartment Fire
November 6, 2012 An investigation is underway into the death of a Sioux Falls man whose apartment burned early Tuesday.
Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says 26-year-old Heath Deverne Westphal was removed from his apartment by Sioux Falls Fire Rescue crews who were called around 4am to a fire in an eight-unit apartment building at 1004 North Covell Avenue
