Interstate 90 Closed From Mitchell To Chamberlain [UPDATE]

Interstate 90 is open from Sioux Falls to Mitchell. However west of Mitchell the road is closed to Chamberlain. Chamberlain to Rapid City is currently open but could change due to weather conditions.
