2nd Evaluation Ordered for Yankton Murder Suspect Darwin Jans
April 30, 2013 Fifty-seven-year-old Darwin Jans is accused in the death last fall of 59-year-old Larry Goodman. Authorities say Jans assaulted Goodman last September and Goodwin died weeks later in a hospital.
