Starting on Friday, June 14, 2013 at 8:30 a.m., the west leg of the intersection of Sixth Street and Kiwanis Avenue in Sioux Falls will be closed.

Construction crews will be working on installing a water main at the intersection. Detour signs will be in place to direct traffic along Third Street to access businesses off of Sixth Street and Kiwanis Avenue. The Sixth Street closure is expected to last one day.

Dakota Contracting Corporation is the prime contractor. All work is to be completed on the project by November 22, 2013.
