We all know exercise is important. Most of us don’t get enough. Steve Bliss a Senior Exercise Specialist offers advice on simple things we can all do to move more, with better results. Steve is with Sanford Wellness Center at 49th and Oxbow. He was a gymnast in his youth. While he no longer performs on the rings and parallel bars, he does stay active. His exercises are simple and inexpensive to do, and don’t take much time.
