Old Champps Location Will Become Two Restaurants
The Sioux Falls Business Journal is reporting that the former Champps restaurant on 41st Street will be home to two new restaurants.
WR Hospitality, which owns Minervas, Grille 26, Red Rossa and many other eateries will open All Day Cafe and Good Night Bar. It will offer a fresh menu including lots of salads, plus breakfast will be served all day. There will also be a full bar.
The other restaurant will be attached to All Day Cafe and Good Night Bar and will be called Taphouse 41. It will seat up to 100 people and will be “all about beer, burgers and bourbon.” The menu will also include other small plate options and hand-cut French fries.
Both restaurants should be open late this year.
