SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A man was arrested after he and his teenage stepson were spotted Christmas afternoon waving a handgun out the window of their vehicle while driving in Sioux Falls.

The Argus Leader reports that two Sioux Falls Police Department officers saw the passenger in the pickup point the gun out the window at a nearby car, which was carrying a man, a woman and a 2-year-old child.
