Learn How Southwest Airlines Handles Customer Relations
Monday on the Main Street Cafe, Teri Schmidt, Executive Director of the Sioux Falls Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, talked about how in May area businesses will have an opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business regarding customer relations.
The CVB has arranged for an executive of Southwest Airlines to come to Sioux Falls to teach area business people how to take their customer relations to the next level. The seminar is part of the city’s annual Visitor Industry Luncheon being held at the Convention Center.
