Kids Sleep Study
A new long term study on kids who don’t have a regular bedtime shows they typically behave badly.
The research was done on more than 10,000 children who didn’t have regular bedtimes.
Yvonne Kelly, a professor at University College in London, headed up the study.
We found that children who didn’t have regular bedtimes throughout their early childhood period had a much worse behavior than those kids who did have regular bedtimes.
Dr. Kelly recommends parents get into a habit of reading a story to their kids before putting them down for the night.
She says it’s a great way for the child to “wind down for the day.”
