It’s Great To Be Alive [AUDIO]
Glenn Jorgenson, who is featured in the book "It's Great To Be Alive," says his obsession with alcohol and prescription drugs controlled his life!
"It became really serious especially of very severe headaches I was experiencing. Aside from alcohol, I also became addicted to various prescription drugs in an effort to control the headaches. Combining the two was dangerous. While I couldn't see I had a problem, my best friend fired me from my last job. My wife told me, 'honey, I love you but if you don't get help, me and the girls are gone."
That's when Glenn Jorgenson for the first time began his recovery! Later on the South Dakotan established a treatment center for people with alcohol addictions.
