As a senior, setting goals causes you to think about exactly what you want to achieve, the problems you encounter along the way, possible solutions to those problems and the steps you will take to reach your goals.
In an interview with KSOO, Caroline says setting realistic, achievable goals will help you keep motivated and instill a sense of pride in your accomplishments.
“No, it’s never too late to set goals. In fact, we always need to be pursuing our dreams. When we study the high achievers, that’s what they do—always re-engaging in life with fresh goals. These is no age limit to this. In fact, one of my friends just became a coach at 67. The bottom line is this: life begins to get stale if you’re not going after projects that are exciting to you regardless of age.”
