Girls With Armpit Hair Are Showing All to the Haters
It’s a hair-sprouting trend.
The hashtag #LesPrincessesOntDesPoils — that’s French for “princesses have hair” — has begun, well, sprouting on Twitter, with women showing off photos of their armpit hair. And in a nod to a complete stereotype, the trend began in France. Actually, it was started by a 16-year-old girl named Adele Labo who is frustrated with the idea that women must achieve unrealistic standards with their bodies. Labo has even started her own website dedicated to pictures of her hair.
Labo got the ball rolling with an initial tweet:
— ciel et toi lait (@adelelabo) July 11, 2016
The text translates to “Send me your hair #PrincessesHaveHair.” Well, women have taken the idea and run with it:

Of course, not everyone is into this:
I see you all you are trying to prove a point but we were born women, were supposed to use proper hygiene #LesPrincessesOntDesPoils

#LesPrincessesOntDesPoils ce hashtag il est degeulasse

That last one translates to “This hashtag is disgusting.”
So, what do you think? Are you for or against this display?
