Jessica Vandyk, exercise specialist at the Sanford Wellness Center joins Rick Knobe on A Better you.

Last week we talked about food intake and how reducing calorie consumption can help lower the numbers on the scale.  Saturday we will begin the process of burning more calories, which will also help lower those numbers.

Jessica specializes in group fitness. She will offer us ideas on how to get moving after the holidays and keep moving. In the winter it is easy to say “too cold” or “too windy” for outdoor activity. However we can “winterize” our cold weather workouts. Jessica will help us.
