Daktronics to Be Featured on TV Show Ahead of Super Bowl
A South Dakota company will be featured on national TV Sunday hours before its products show up on Super Bowl coverage.
"CBS Sunday Morning" plans to run a story on video display maker Daktronics Inc.
The Argus Leader reports a CBS crew spent three days in Brookings in November documenting the company's story and its goal to build the biggest and most vivid video displays in football.

Daktronics says the segment focuses on co-founders Al Kurtenbach and Duane Sander. They were South Dakota State University engineering professors when they started the business in 1968 in an effort to give students a place to work close to home.
University of Phoenix Stadium had 18 Daktronics boards installed in 2006 and another two for the Super Bowl, which it's hosting.
