Franchise First: Canaries Sweep RailCats On The Road
The Sioux Falls Canaries beat the Gary SouthShore RailCats 9-5 on Sunday afternoon at the U.S. Steel Yard and completed a three-game road sweep of the RailCats for the first time in team history. Playing their best baseball all season, the Canaries have won five of their last six games.

South Dakota’s Megan Glisar Takes Sixth in NCAA High Jump, Coyote Women Finish in Top 20
South Dakota junior Megan Glisar capped a big weekend for the Coyote women's track team with a sixth place finish in the high jump at the NCAA Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon.
Glisar, the 2012 NAIA indoor champ for Morningside College, made her first four jumps Saturday, the last at six feet, before failing on three attempts at 6' 1 1/4".
