RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — Rapid City's Parks and Recreation Advisory Board on Thursday will be considering a proposal to create a Native American sculpture garden.

The First Nations Sculpture Garden will feature four busts of prominent 20th century Native Americans in Halley Park.

The advisory board will be considering the project proposal at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

The Public Works Committee and the Rapid City Council must also review the proposal.
