Dan Peters

My journey began on a farm near Wagner, South Dakota, then coursed through the institution of higher learning in Vermillion. My adult life consists of about 12 years in Yankton and Sioux Falls since 2007. The earliest inclination of a career in radio originated from a career day in 6th grade when we were given course offerings to different colleges and the subjects I wanted to know about were farming and radio. Then on a Sunday afternoon in a small room in what is now the Al Neuharth Center on the campus of the University of South Dakota, I put a needle on a Marshall Tucker Band record. Joining me in this life journey is my beloved Liz along with my three children Maddy, Seth and Charlie.

Too Bad They Don’t Do Recalls for Failed Vehicle Gauges

A major element of one of the family vehicles got a needed repair. Now I don’t feel so bad because apparently this repair happens frequently.

For a certain segment of vehicles of a certain age, the gauge package will not outlive the usefulness of the car
