Another closing is scheduled at the intersection of Interstate 90 and North Cliff Avenue in Sioux Falls.

The State Department of Transportation says the intersection will be closed between 7pm Thursday, August 22, and 6am Friday, so the contractor, T & R Contracting, can set bridge girders for eastbound I-90 over Cliff Avenue.

The same closures are scheduled each night, during the same hours, until all of the girders have been set.

The work is expected to be finished by 6am on Saturday, August 24.

The DOT says the interchange ramps will be open, but Cliff Avenue will be closed to through traffic at the I-90 bridge.

The bridge work is part of an overall $17.4 million interchange project at I-90 & Cliff, which has an interim completion date of November 8.
