Amy Poehler Gives an Emotional Speech at the 2013 Variety Power of Women Event

You loved her when she played ‘Hilary Clinton’ on “Saturday Night Live” and she’s hilarious as Deputy Director of the Parks Department on “Parks and Recreation,” but this is a side of Amy Poehler you may not have ever seen before.

Poehler was recognized for her philanthropic efforts at Variety’s Power of Women Luncheon last Friday (October 4) and was brought to tears while discussing Worldwide Orphans’ outreach to needy children.  Of course, she’s passionate about her work with the children, but in true ‘Amy’ fashion, she’ll make you laugh, too.
