PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — Attorney General Marty Jackley says police departments in two South Dakota cities are receiving money to help in drug investigations.

The Madison Police Department has been awarded $23,470 to update camera systems in patrol cars

The Mitchell Police Department is getting $1,200 for a training dummy that will be used to train officers in rescue and hostage situations during drug investigations.

The attorney general says the money for the awards comes from the Drug Control Fund, which contains money seized during drug arrests.
